Dr Chetna Kang is Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25 years’ clinical experience and is based in London. Dr Kang has worked both in the NHS and private sectors. As a psychiatrist, Dr Kang provides assessments, diagnosis and treatment of general adult mental health conditions. With an Integrative approach to psychiatry, she brings together medicine, psychotherapy and effective holistic mental health treatments.
Dr Kang is passionate about raising awareness of how to improve mental wellbeing and reduce the stigma around mental illness. Dr Kang and the therapy team at KlearMinds work collaboratively with clients if a joint treatment approach can achieve a better outcome. Dr Kang takes a Person-Centred Integrative approach where a variety of interventions and treatment options are considered including talking therapies, medication, nutrition, meditation and yoga.

Qualifications & Training
Dr Kang qualified as a medical doctor from Imperial College Medical School, progressing on to specialise in psychiatry with the London Deanery and has worked both in the NHS and private sector. Dr Kang is on the GMC’s specialist register and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She is a member of the Executive Committee for Spirituality and Psychiatry for the Royal College of Psychiatrists and was a finalist for the Royal College of Psychiatrist’s Public Educator of the year award for 2 consecutive years.
