Rachel holds extensive experience in providing expert couples therapy and coaching. She draws on a range of therapies including CBT, mindfulness and coaching in tailoring her approach to best the needs of each couple she works with.
Rachel adopts a proactive, balanced and empathetic approach in helping couples understand problematic patterns of behaviour and communication. She helps couples gain clarity and find ways to repair things and positively move forward or constructively end, if this is what the couple is seeking help with.
Rachel can show you tools and skills to enable you to turn around problem situations, find new perspectives and develop skills to better achieve relationship goals.

Clinical Experience
Rachel began her therapeutic work with couples in 2015. Since 2008 she has acquired clinical and coaching experience in a variety of settings including: private practice, universities (including LSE, Imperial, City) and the private sector. She has considerable experience working with family dynamics. With over 15 years experience as coach, Rachel has gained considerable expertise in helping people with all aspects of career development and change. Rachel has been involved for several years with a national breast cancer charity, facilitating therapeutic groups focused on relationships and communication during and after cancer treatment and diagnosis. Rachel has experience of working with people with diverse gender, sexuality and relationship styles.
Qualifications & Training
Rachel holds a Postgraduate Diploma (Distinction) in Couples and Individual Therapy, an MSc Career Management Counselling and a Diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour. She has undertaken additional training in stress management, retirement management, redundancy, bereavement and loss, family dynamics, neuroscience, CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness skills, and other therapy approaches. Rachel undertakes regular and ongoing professional development with a particular focus on the areas of couples work, trauma, attachment and intimacy. Rachel is registered with the BACP.
Rachel’s Fees
£120 per Individual Therapy session
£130 per Couples Therapy session
Fees are charged on a per session basis.
a standard session lasts 50 minutes.
Paying via Insurance
Rachel is a registered provider of counselling and psychotherapy for Healthcare Insurance companies including Allianz and BUPA Global (not BUPA UK).
